1.1. Naze is a product that includes 30 mouth tapes and 30 nasal strips designed to support better breathing during sleep. 1.2. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Product Use & Disclaimer

2.1. Naze is not a medical device. It is intended for general wellness and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 2.2. You should consult with a healthcare professional before using Naze, especially if you have breathing issues, sleep apnea, or any other medical conditions. 2.3. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or misuse of the product.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1. All prices are listed in Euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 3.2. Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on our site. 3.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to the address provided at checkout. 4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. 4.3. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. 5.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with proof of purchase and images of the issue. 5.3. Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed via the original payment method.
